I had surgery by Dr Arora, I would like to say Dr Arora was absolutely fantastic he explained everything step by step and that put my mind at ease, Dr Arora patient care and continuity of care was Excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you so much for fixing my problem , and overall I'm very satisfied keep up the Excellent work.

Dr Arora was very thorough with his checkups and was very patient with all my questions and queries. He was very empathetic when I told him about my Earache. He offered me different treatment options and was very reassuring with his approach. Dr Arora was very understanding and prescribed me all the required medications so I could start getting better straight away. As I had a very bad experience with my ear infection few years ago, Dr Arora took his time to understand my long standing issue of my ear canals and supported me straight away. Thank you for your very professional, empathetic and expert services.

Dr Arora is really a great doctor and a great person. I really don't know where to start writing about my experience in dealing with him. Dr Arora performed Microslaryngoscopy procedure on me and from the moment he first came over to see me to explain the procedure, to the moment he came over after the procedure, he was absolutely brilliant. He explained the procedure with great depths and was very patient with my questions and concerns. I was very nervous before the procedure as this procedure can leave permanent effects on one's life but Dr Arora was so empathetic and reassuring that all my nerves were gone after talking to him. Dr Arora came over to see me after the procedure too and showed me pre and post surgery photographs of my Vocal cords. He once again addressed all of my concerns and filled me with confidence and I started looking forward to the recovery straight away. Dr Arora was always available through his secretary every time me or my family had any concerns/questions. The post surgical advice, care was amazing too. Even though I know how occupied he was on the day of my surgery and has been since, I cannot believe we have such great doctors/consultants in our NHS who are so willing to help people. He definitely is meant to be in this profession because I really felt he actually cares about his patients. It's doctors like him who put our faith back in the NHS and really shows the quality of staff it hires. Dr Arora really is a gem of a person and I would recommend his care to everyone. He really is an expert in his field but more importantly a genuinely caring person. Thank you Dr. Arora and his team, you really have all the respect from us.

My experience was fluid, Doctor Arora listened to my issues and helped towards fixing them from the surgery to the follow up appointment, prior to the surgery I had a problem breathing through one of my nostrils which has since been solved I am happy with the care I have received and would recommend
